Email Series

The request was simple: make over the welcome stream for new credit account holders.

Once we started the project, it was clear this would be one of those monster makeovers you might see on a TV home-renovation show.

And to describe it in that lingo… we took it down to the studs, tore down a few walls, reconfigured the layout, and tripled the square footage.

My Contribution
I helped plan the content, how it would flow through the series, then wrote all nine emails shown here. Whew!
