Explainer Videos

We were asked to create videos that would explain Fingerhut credit accounts in a simple but fun way.

The videos would be shared with new accountholders for two reasons. First, to explain the benefits of their account. Second, to encourage them to start using it.

As a bonus, they could also be used for general brand awareness.

My Contribution
I wrote the scripts in a casual, conversational tone, highlighting the benefits instead of just calling out the features. I also rewrote the scripts for :30, :15 and :07 versions.

The videos were promoted in emails to new customers, and on YouTube and social media.
